Cara Kerja Otak Manusia

Cara Kerja Otak Manusia

Pesawat Penerima Pada Otak Manusia

Stasiun Pemancar Pada Otak

4.  Pearly Kings and Queen

Namanya pun sangat sederhana buah apel liar (crabapple).

Kontes gurning selalu mengundang banyak perhatian.

The Advantages of Reading

There are many hobbies that we have known before, such as playing basketball, watch a movie, listen to the music, playing football and many more. Nevertheless, every people have different hobby. People usually do their own hobbies in their free time. One of them is reading. Reading has advantages to increase our knowledge and optimize the memory.
One of the advantage of reading is to increase our knowledge. First, by reading we can find many information that we haven’t known before. For example like about science, geography, art, history, etc. Second, during reading we come across many new words which can increase our knowledge strength. For instance, the words which we encountered in ensyclopedy book, newspaper or magazine.
Another advantage of reading is to optimize the memory. When we are reading, our brain will memorize the article which we have read automatically. For example, we can remember the picture or maybe we can retell it again.

In summarize, reading is very important. We can be smarter because we have many knowledge and we can remember the stuff much easier when we've been reading consistently. According me, we should read many books because books contain good ideas and valuable information, so we can get many benefits from it.

A Fairy Song

Over hill, over dale,
Thorough bush, thorough brier,
Over park, over pale,
Thorough flood, thorough fire!
I do wander everywhere,
Swifter than the moon's sphere
And I serve the Fairy Queen,
To dew her orbs upon the green
The cowslips tall her pensioners be
In their gold coats spots you see
Those be rubies, fairy favours
In those freckles live their savours
I must go seek some dewdrops here,
And hang a pearl in every cowslip's ear.

Tourism in Papua

Papua or also known as Irian Jaya or Jayapura is the easternmost province of Indonesia. In addition  to its unique traditions, Papua has many interesting sights that may be hard  to find in other parts of Indonesia, such as Raja Ampat, Jayawijaya Mountain, and Lorentz National Park.

Raja Ampat

Raja Ampat is a group of  islands located in West Irian Jaya. The four largest islands in Raja Ampat are Waigeo, Batanta, Salawati and Misool. Raja Ampat means "Four Kings", the name chosen by a large number of  islands in the region. This place is a paradise under the sea and called the King of Coral Reefs. The degree isn't given randomly, because Raja Ampat does have 75% of  the types of coral reefs around  the world. In addition, Raja Ampat is also has the  rich underwater fauna species such as sea horses, sharks carpet, and  manta rays. For the tourists who like diving, visiting this place is a must if  you really want to get an amazing diving experience.

The scenery of  Raja Ampat from under the sea :

Sentani Lake

Lake Sentani isn’t as famous as Raja Ampat, but this natural attractions offers a beautiful view of  the lake which exists between the Cyclops Mountains, about 70-90 m above sea level. This lake is the largest lake in Papua. The extent of 9360 hectares with a depth of 24.5 m. The water in the lake is sourced from 14 rivers with a waterfall named Jaifuri Puay. In the west, the depth of  Old Doyo and Boroway is very steep, whereas in the west and center of the lake, the depth of Puay and Simporo is shallow. In Simporo Yoka also has forest and swamp.
The scenery in Sentani Lake is very incredible. some storks and eagles which want to grab a fish at Sentani Lake still can be shown. We can use Johnson's boat to circumnavigate the lake. Unfortunately, Sentani Lake is less well known as one of the attractions tourist destination compared to the other marine tourism place in Indonesia. Therefore, the government makes an event which called as the 'Sentani Lake Festival'.

Jaya Wijaya Mountain

Jaya Wijaya mountain range located  in the central part of  Papua, precisely in the area Jaya Wijaya. The highest peak among others Puncak Trikora, Jaya, Yamin and Mandala. Dani, Yali, Ndunga and  Ngalum  inhabit this region. Jaya Wijaya is located at an altitude of 5.500 meters above sea level is the highest peak in Papua bahakan in Indonesia. At the peak can be found in the snow. To achieve this peak takes about 10 and 20 days. Castensz  peak located on  the north wall of  this mountain, while below it is the New Zealand Pass, climbing the most dangerous areas and  greatly feared the climbers.
Jaya Wijaya Mountains is the name for the mountain range that extends lengthwise in the center of the province of  West Papua and Papua (Indonesia) to Papua New Guinea Newguinea on. Rows of Mountains which have some of the highest  peak  in Indonesia was formed by the removal of the sea floor thousands of years ago. Although located at an altitude of  4800 masl, fossilized sea shells, for example, can be seen in limestone and clastic rocks contained in Jayawijaya Mountains. Jayawijaya Mountains are also the only one  in Indonesia which has a  peak covered with eternal snow. Although not all of the peak of the cluster Jayawijaya Mountains which has snow. Snow  is owned by several  peaks even at this time is lost due to weather changes globally.

Lorentz National Park

Lorentz National Park was a national park that was located in the province of Papua/Irian Jaya, Indonesia. Lorentz National Park had the most complete ecosystem for the biological diversity in South-East Asia and the Pacific. With the width that reached 25,000 km², Lorentz National Park became the biggest national park in South-East Asia. Apart from having the complete biological diversity, Lorentz National Park had the uniqueness with the existence of  the glacier in Jayawijaya Peak and the river that disappeared several kilometers into the land in the Balliem Valley. Lorentz National Park becomes one of the three regions in the world that had the glacier in the tropical area. Stretched from the peak of the Jayawijaya Mountain that was covered snow as far as waters of the coastal coast with the limit of Arafura Sea. Lorentz National Park had the Montana Ecology, Sub-Montana, Vegetation Alpin, Sub-Alpin, the wetland and the plain. UNESCO maintained the Lorentz National Park as the site of the “World Nature Inheritance”
This national park had the high biological diversity and was the protection region that was most effective in the world because of its characteristics that were unique and beauty of its nature that enchanted. Moreover, Lorentz National Park had the diversity of the astonishing culture and was the ethnic group’s residence place of Asmat, Amungme, Dani Barat/West Dani and several other ethnic groups. The Asmat ethnic group was identical to the forest or the tree because of skills in carving his statue that has been famous. According to the Ethnic Group’s Asmat belief, the tree trunk symbolized the human body, the branches symbolized human arms, and the fruit symbolized the head of humankind. The Asmat ethnic group also believed that the tree was the place of the life of their ancestors’s souls. Apart from the forest or the tree, this belief was valid also for the river and the mountain.

Irian Jaya People and Way of  Life

The indigenous people of this province are Melanesians with black skins and curly hair. They generally have a root crop subsistence agriculture based on sweet potatoes and  taros. The people of Irian Jaya obtain their starch from the sago palm which gives and extremely generous yield for remarkably little effort. Feral and domesticated pigs on the island is originally came from Southeast Asia was an event which has had vast cultural and ritual significance for its people. Pigs are often treated as members of the family and are sometimes suckled by women. While many other people of the world were still hunters and gatherers, Papua people had begun to garden. After fairly recently, many of them lived with a simple Stone Age Culture wearing little clothing and decorating their bodies with paintings, shells, pig tusks, feathers and skins. There is a plethora of language in the province, perhaps some 250 in all, each representing a tribal group which mixes little with the others. Some of the more remote groups still have virtually no contact with the outside world.

A Caribbean Mystery - Agatha Christie

This story is based in the Caribbean, where Miss Marple has been sent by her nephew, Raymond, for a break. The story starts quite slowly and  involves lots of sitting around gossiping. Miss Marple is bored and  longs for something exciting to happen. Suddenly, while she was sitting on the beach, Jane Marple was asked  by Major Palgrave to hear his story about a murder. When she replied that she would like to hear  the story, he explained it. There once was a man who had a wife who tried to hang  herself, but failed. Then  she tried again later, and  succeeded in killing herself. The man remarried to a woman who then tried to gas herself to death. She failed, but then tried again later and succeeded. Just as Major Palgrave is about to show the picture to her, he looks over her shoulder, appears startled, and changes the subject.
The next morning, a servant, Victoria Johnson, found the death of old Major Palgrave. His death quite strange as well. Doctor Graham concludes that the man died of heart failure; he showed all the symptoms, and had a bottle of serenite (a drug for high blood pressure) on his table. Miss Marple is convinced that Palgrave was murdered, but needs to see the photograph he was about to show her before seeing something over her shoulder that caused him to stop. She asks Doctor Graham to find it, saying it is a picture of her nephew. Meanwhile, she interviews other people, including Tim and Molly Kendall, the owners of the hotel, Mr Rafiel, an invalid, and Esther Walters, Mr. Rafiel's secretary, Lucky Dyson and her husband and Edward and Evelyn Hillingdon. On the beach when Mr Rafiel is going for a swim, Miss Marple saw Senora de Caspearo, a woman on holiday. She said that she remembers Major Palgrave because he had  an  evil eye. Miss Marple corrects her  that he actually has a glass eye, but she still says that it was evil.
Then in the other hand, Victoria informs the Kendalls that she did not remember seeing the serenite on the man's table when she was tidying up in the afternoon. That night, Victoria is found stabbed. Molly starts having  nightmares every night, and Miss Marple investigates why Molly is having nightmares. She finds Jackson in the house looking at Molly's cosmetics, saying that if belladonna was administered to it, then it would cause nightmares. The next night, Tim finds Molly unconscious on the floor, having taken an overdose of sleeping pills. The police are involved, and a cook, Enrico, tells them that he saw Molly Kendall holding a steak knife before going outside. Miss Marple also asks people if Major Palgrave told people about the photo, and other people say that it was not a photo of a wife killer he said, but a husband killer and Miss Marple becomes confused.
At night, Tim wakes up the hotel as his wife, Molly, is missing. They find what seems to be her body, in a creek. Miss Marple arrives and tells them that it is not Molly, but Lucky, the two resemble one another. Miss Marple rudely wakes Mr Rafiel at night and tells him that they must prevent another death. They go to Tim and  Molly Kendall's house and  find Tim asking Molly to drink some  wine as it will soothe  her down. Miss Marple takes it away from  him and  gives it to Rafiel, saying that there was a deadly narcotic in it. She explains that Tim Kendall  is the wife killer that Major Palgrave had a photo of, but saw him over Miss Marple's shoulder. Miss Marple thought that he saw someone on the right, where the Hillingdons and the Dysons were coming up the beach, but she remembered that he had a glass eye so could not see on his right, but only on his left where Tim and Molly were sitting. Tim was planning to kill his wife, but Major Palgrave recognized him and so had to be killed, and Victoria remembered the serenite so she was killed.
Tim put belladonna in Molly's cosmetics to have a reason for her to commit suicide. When Molly accidentally took the sleeping pill overdose, Tim saw his chance and asked her to meet  him by the creek. Molly, on her way to the meeting, had  a scary vision from the belladonna and wandered off. Tim saw Lucky waiting there and mistook her for Molly and  killed her. He was about  to poison  her  when Miss Marple came in. Esther Walters suddenly fell to Tim's knees and  said that Tim isn't a killer. Tim shouted at her, asking whether she wanted  to get him hanged. We learn that Tim was planning to marry Esther, after Molly's death, because he had heard that she was going to inherit a large sum of money from  Mr Rafiel.
